  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  5. Roast for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
