Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Place the pork chops in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours for best flavor.
  6. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels before cooking.
  7. Discard the remaining marinade.
