  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  2. Toss shrimp with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add carrots and celery. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Stir in the cooked noodles, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and ginger.
  9. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
  10. Stir in green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add a dash of chili garlic sauce with the oyster sauce.
  • You can substitute chicken or pork for the shrimp.
