Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, olive oil, dry ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the ingredients until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
