- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and chopped pistachios.
- Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly to prevent the fluff from becoming watery.
- You can substitute walnuts or pecans for pistachios if desired.
