  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the dressing and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Place an equal amount of cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, and red onion down the center of each tortilla.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  8. Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute yellow mustard for Dijon mustard if preferred.
