A simple recipe for chicken wraps featuring a honey mustard dressing.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the chicken pieces to the dressing and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
- Place an equal amount of cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, and red onion down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute yellow mustard for Dijon mustard if preferred.
- For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
