Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- While the wings bake, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

- Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
- After 25 minutes of baking, remove the wings from the oven.
- Brush the honey butter glaze generously over all sides of the wings.
- Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the wings are cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier wings, you can broil them for the last 2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- You can garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving if desired.
