Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into rounds about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, lime juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the pineapple slices.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the pineapple slices directly on the grill grates.
  6. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly softened and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
