A simple pasta salad featuring classic BLT flavors, perfect for summer meals.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce to the dressing.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter dressing.
- For best texture, add the lettuce just before serving if making ahead.
