Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried buttermilk powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives

Instructions

  1. Combine buttermilk powder, parsley, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chives in a small bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  3. Store the seasoning mix in an airtight container.

Notes

  • This mix makes about 1/2 cup of seasoning.
  • To make ranch dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of seasoning with 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of milk or buttermilk.
