- 1 pre-made pizza crust (about 12 inches)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the basil pesto evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto layer.
- Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add grilled chicken or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a crispier crust, place the pizza stone in the oven while preheating.
