Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (about 12 inches)
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto layer.
  5. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
