  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the soaked and drained cashews, water, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take several minutes to achieve a creamy texture.
  3. Transfer the cashew mixture to a bowl.
  4. Stir in the fresh parsley, chives, and dried dill.
  5. Taste and adjust salt or pepper if necessary.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
