Simple, sweet bars made with colorful cereal and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Funfetti or similar marshmallow cereal
- 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Use buttered wax paper or a spatula sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Let the bars cool completely at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Cut into squares before serving.
Notes
- For easier handling, lightly grease your hands before pressing the mixture into the pan.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
