Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can shredded cabbage, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ground pork in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add water chestnuts, shredded cabbage, and carrots to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
