- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the remaining liquid.
- Serve warm.

- You can use this chicken for tacos, sandwiches, or salads.
- For extra flavor, add 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa before shredding.
