Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the remaining liquid.
  7. Serve warm.
