Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the bread. Toss again to distribute the seasonings.
- Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
