Description
A quick and easy smoothie using coconut milk as the base.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana (frozen preferred)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use all frozen fruit.
- Adjust sweetener to your taste preference.
