- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, milk, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- Use a frozen banana for a colder, thicker smoothie without needing much ice.
