Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1/4 cup water (or more for desired consistency)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, water, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if you prefer a thinner dressing.
  3. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
