Description

A simple recipe for cooking salmon fillets in an air fryer with a mustard coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mustard mixture evenly over the top and sides of each salmon fillet.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For crispier edges, you can lightly spray the basket with cooking spray before adding the fish.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
