Description

Simple recipe for cooking meatballs in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Roll the mixture into uniform balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping the meatballs halfway through cooking time.
  6. Remove from the air fryer when cooked through and browned on the outside.

Notes

  • For extra moisture, you can lightly spray the meatballs with cooking spray before air frying.
  • If you prefer a different meat, substitute ground turkey or pork for the ground beef.
