  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Spread this filling into the chilled crust.
  6. Top the pie with the remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can use graham cracker crumbs instead of chocolate cookie crumbs for a different crust flavor.
