  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk the cornstarch and water together in a separate small bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the liquid mixture to a simmer.
  4. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the simmering sauce while whisking constantly.
