- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, beaten egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the patties in the hot skillet.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
- Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier patties, use panko bread crumbs.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for extra brightness.
