Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter.
- Top with the miniature marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a fudgier texture, bake for a few minutes less.
- You can toast the marshmallows briefly under the broiler for the last minute of baking if you prefer a browned top, watch carefully to prevent burning.
