Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each broccoli floret in the Parmesan cheese mixture, pressing gently so the cheese adheres.
- Place the coated broccoli bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and the cheese is golden brown and melted.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- You can substitute nutritional yeast for Parmesan cheese for a dairy-free version.
