- 2 cups cooked, shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the shredded turkey in a medium bowl.
- Add the dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped red onion to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture.
- Mix all ingredients gently until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve this salad on lettuce leaves or bread for sandwiches.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise for a lighter version.
