  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas (medium size)

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese blend over the tortilla.
  4. Distribute half of the shredded chicken evenly over the cheese.
  5. Top with a second tortilla.
  6. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden brown.
