- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the diced cooked chicken and the steamed broccoli florets.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the topping is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
