Description

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder to the melted butter. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Gently add the meatballs to the sauce.
  7. Cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream. Heat through for 2 minutes without boiling.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
