Instructions
- Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Mix in the grated onion and grated apple.
- Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess if needed.
