Description

Make crispy potato wedges quickly using an air fryer with a simple garlic seasoning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until lightly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wedges and toss again to coat evenly.
  5. Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying them completely.
  • Adjust garlic powder to your taste preference.
