Make crispy potato wedges quickly using an air fryer with a simple garlic seasoning.
Ingredients

- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
- In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until lightly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wedges and toss again to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying them completely.
- Adjust garlic powder to your taste preference.
