Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Process until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- If the dressing is too thick, add water one teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
Notes
- This dressing keeps well in the refrigerator for up to five days.
- For a thinner dressing, substitute half of the Greek yogurt with water or milk.
