  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
