A quick recipe for sweet and salty chocolate bark with pretzels.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the pretzels and optional nuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the top lightly with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely firm.
- Break the bark into irregular pieces before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, use white chocolate or milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
- You can add sprinkles or other small candies before chilling.
