A simple recipe for cooking sausage and potatoes together in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound small potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the quartered potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.
- Air fry the potatoes at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Add the sliced sausage to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
- Continue to air fry at 380°F (195°C) for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Cut potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
