Description

A simple recipe for cooking sausage and potatoes together in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound small potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the quartered potatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.
  3. Air fry the potatoes at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Add the sliced sausage to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
  5. Continue to air fry at 380°F (195°C) for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
