Description
Cook corned beef quickly and tenderly using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 lb corned beef brisket (with spice packet)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Place the corned beef, flat side down, in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the contents of the spice packet over the meat.
- Pour the water and apple cider vinegar around the edges of the basket, avoiding pouring directly onto the meat.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- Flip the corned beef.
- Continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the meat and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Notes
- If your air fryer basket is small, you may need to cut the brisket in half.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
