Description

Cook corned beef quickly and tenderly using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb corned beef brisket (with spice packet)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef, flat side down, in the air fryer basket.
  2. Sprinkle the contents of the spice packet over the meat.
  3. Pour the water and apple cider vinegar around the edges of the basket, avoiding pouring directly onto the meat.
  4. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes.
  6. Flip the corned beef.
  7. Continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Remove the meat and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
